These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the activation-assistance service offered on cursorultra.pro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
1. Our service
We provide an independent activation-assistance service. We do not sell, resell, or transfer Cursor subscriptions, licenses, or accounts. When you order, you pay us to activate (or guide you to activate) a Cursor plan on your own Cursor account using the email address you provide at checkout. We participate in the Cursor referral programme as part of this process.
2. Pricing transparency
Prices shown on cursorultra.pro are in US Dollars (USD) and cover our activation-assistance service. As a general guide, approximately 50% of Cursor’s official plan price is allocated through the referral programme to fund your plan with Cursor, and the remainder is our service and guidance fee.
Example: For Cursor Ultra (official price $200, our price $130), approximately $100 goes to Cursor via the referral programme and approximately $30 is our service fee. See our Disclaimer for additional examples.
3. Orders and payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. One plan activation per order unless otherwise stated.
4. Activation
After your order is confirmed, we activate the selected Cursor plan on your Cursor account (the email you provide at checkout) or guide you through activation, typically within a few hours. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address associated with your Cursor account (or one you can use to create one). No physical item is shipped.
5. Full month warranty
All orders include a full month warranty for the stated 30-day plan period. If activation is not completed within 24 hours, does not work at delivery, or the plan stops working during your 30-day period through no fault of your own, we will provide re-activation or a refund as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Activation is for your own use on your own Cursor account. You agree not to resell, share, or abuse the service. Any misuse may result in suspension without refund.
7. Third-party services
Cursor is a product of its respective owner (including Anysphere, Inc.). We are an independent activation-assistance service and a participant in the Cursor referral programme. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cursor or Anysphere. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or from changes to Cursor’s products, pricing, or availability.
