This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made on cursorultra.pro.
Full month warranty
Every Cursor Ultra plan includes a full month warranty for the entire 30-day access period.
- Not delivered in 24 hours: full refund or immediate replacement.
- Does not work at delivery (dead on arrival): free replacement within 6 hours of your report.
- Stops working during your 30-day plan (through no fault of your own): free replacement or refund after we verify the issue.
- Support: email support@cursorultra.pro with your order number. We aim to respond within 2 hours during business hours.
Digital products
Our products are digital subscription plans. Because access and credentials are delivered electronically, there is nothing to physically return.
Refund eligibility
- If your plan was never delivered or activated, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement under the full month warranty.
- If the plan does not work as described during your 30-day period and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund or replacement.
- Once a plan has been successfully delivered, activated, and used without issue for the full period, it is generally non-refundable.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email support@cursorultra.pro with your order number and a description of the issue. Include screenshots if the access is not working. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment arrangement.
