These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products offered on cursorultra.pro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
We sell digital subscription plans that provide access to Cursor Ultra features for a defined period (for example, a 1-month plan). Products are digital and no physical item is shipped.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD); additional payment methods may be added over time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Delivery
After your order is confirmed, plan access and account credentials are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, typically within a few hours. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
4. Full month warranty
All plans sold on cursorultra.pro include a full month warranty for the stated 30-day access period. If your access is not delivered within 24 hours, does not work at delivery, or stops working during the plan period through no fault of your own, we will provide a replacement or refund as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Access provided is for your own use. You agree not to resell, share, or abuse the credentials or service. Any misuse may result in suspension without refund.
6. Third-party services
Cursor is a product of its respective owner. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the makers of Cursor. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
